I have had a lifelong interest in learning, although I am afraid that I didn’t always understand how to approach learning in the most efficient ways. I have spent a lot of time and effort doing what I thought was the best thing to help me learn a variety of subjects, but I now realize that I was not always spending my time productively.

In the last couple of decades, there have been tremendous advances in understanding how we humans learn, and with the internet to spread that information, I’ve learned a lot about how to learn. Anyone who knows me will know that I get excited about spreading this valuable information.

I created this blog in order to share my thoughts and experiences on learning, and to point to sources that inspire me. I mostly want to apply this information toward some personal projects that will help turn the theoretical understanding into practical learning.
